Moorhouse Coating is hiring a full-time General Laborer in Scottsdale to support painting, coating, and stucco crews with site clean-up, material handling, equipment moving, and general job site assistance.
Responsibilities
Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and protecting surfaces
Move, load, and unload equipment, materials, and supplies
Assist painters, finishers, and riggers with setup and cleanup
Set up ladders, scaffolding, and drop cloths as directed
Support basic surface prep including sanding, scraping, and masking
Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
Requirements
Reliable transportation to job sites in Scottsdale and surrounding areas
Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
Valid driver's license preferred
No experience required - we provide training
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
Previous construction, landscaping, or general labor experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience with power tools and basic equipment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
