Responsibilities
Apply and finish stucco and plaster coatings to specification
Prepare substrates and mix materials
Coordinate with leads on quality and scheduling
Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
Requirements
3+ years of stucco/plaster finishing experience
Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail
Comfortable with ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
