Stucco Finisher

About the Role

Join Moorhouse Coating in Scottsdale as a Stucco Finisher. You'll apply and finish stucco, plaster, and specialty coatings on residential and commercial projects, ensuring durable, high-quality surfaces that meet our standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Apply base coats, finish coats, and textures to interior and exterior surfaces
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, and priming as needed
• Mix and match stucco/plaster materials to specification
• Work with crew leads to maintain schedules and quality standards
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years of stucco, plaster, or EIFS finishing experience
• Experience with hand and spray application techniques
• Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Stucco or plaster certification
• Experience with synthetic and acrylic finishes
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• OSHA-10 certification
