Responsibilities
Apply paints, primers, and specialty coatings using spray, brush, and roll techniques
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, sanding, and masking
Work safely from lifts, scaffolding, and ladders
Follow commercial specifications and color schedules
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Collaborate with crew leads and other trades
Requirements
2+ years of professional commercial painting experience
Experience with airless and HVLP spray systems
Comfortable working at heights and in industrial settings
Ability to read work orders and specifications
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Detail-oriented and committed to quality
Preferred Qualifications
Commercial high-rise or large-scale project experience
