Stucco Finisher

About the Role

We are hiring a skilled Stucco Finisher in San Diego to apply and finish stucco, plaster, and decorative coatings on a variety of residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time employee role with benefits and growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Apply base and finish coats to interior and exterior surfaces
• Mix, color-match, and apply stucco and plaster materials
• Patch and repair surfaces as needed
• Collaborate with crew leads to meet project deadlines
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on all job sites

Requirements

• 2+ years of stucco or plaster finishing experience
• Experience with spray and hand application methods
• Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolding
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Detail-oriented with strong quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Stucco/plaster certification or apprenticeship
• Experience with acrylic and synthetic finishes
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• OSHA-10 certification
