Crew Lead - Residential

About the Role

Take the next step in your painting career as a Crew Lead. You'll manage a team of 2-4 painters on residential projects, ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction. As Crew Lead, you'll be responsible for on-site project management, training and mentoring team members, maintaining quality standards, communicating with customers, and ensuring projects are completed safely and on schedule.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional painting experience
• 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and project specs
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
