Join our San Diego team as a full-time Aerial Rigger. You will be responsible for safely installing and operating swing stages, scaffolding, and aerial lifts to support commercial and residential coating projects.
Responsibilities
Set up, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding, swing stages, and aerial lifts
Operate boom lifts, scissor lifts, and hoists safely
Inspect rigging and fall protection systems daily
Coordinate with field crews and project managers
Maintain accurate equipment inspection logs
Follow all safety and PPE requirements
Requirements
2+ years of aerial rigging, scaffolding, or lift operation experience
Understanding of OSHA and manufacturer rigging standards
Comfortable working at heights
Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical work
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Strong safety focus and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Certified rigger or scaffold builder
Experience with suspended scaffolding and swing stages
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
NCCER or equivalent credential
CDL or equipment operator certification
